I've heard that the producer (Richard Urbain, Richie/Gracia producer) decides to sale the album for $7.50 a CD so he can get rid of bootleging.......

Richard Urbain should put the album out as soon as the bootleggers had it. I'm in new york and one bootlegger admitted that he sold that album out in a week and he has more coming because its in high demand. I would urge Urbain to just sell it at $ 7 .
